Aka Bambusina brebissonii. This filamentous desmid with its characteristic outline has a delicate textured cell wall. Each cell holds two chloroplasts with nucleus between them. This picture was built up using 7 high resolution DIC frames with manual stacking technique. The scale bar indicates 25 µm.

Vormals Bambusina brebissonii. Diese fädige Zieralge mit ihrem charakteristischen Umriss hat eine fein strukturierte Zellwand. Jede Zelle besitzt zwei Chloroplasten, die Kern sitzen dazwischen.
 
Tiefenschärfe durch Multiebenenabbildung aus 20 Bildebenen, manuell gestapelt. Der Messbalken markiert eine Länge von 25 µm.
